Refund Policy - the basics
Because our collections are crafted in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to provide store credit or a replacement item, when available.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
